We welcome new students to our school!
Today, we held 入学式 (nyuugakushiki), the entrance ceremony, for 9 new students from Nepal, Malawi and China. The headmaster and the school owner congratulated the students on starting this new chapter and wished them inspiration and a productive and fulfilling student life in Japan.
Devi-san gave an opening speech to his new classmates, encouraging them to study hard.
Today we held two tests and an Interview with each student to ensure their Japanese language level. And already tomorrow, these freshmen will join the existing 1-year student groups and dive right into learning
together!
To ensure a smooth start, all students received the School Guidebook and the teacher conducted a 1.5-hour orientation, explaining the school's internal rules, the details of the JLPT and advice on daily life in Japan.
Good luck to all the new students! 頑張ってくださいね。
